After teasing the event to Nintendo 3DS owners with a personal message from the Regginator himself via Swapnote, today's surely just coincidentally scheduled on PlayStation Vita launch day Nintendo Direct brought with it several new revelations.

First, Nintendo announced that Dillion's Rolling Western is now available on the eShop for 3DS.  Rated E10+, this single-player action strategy title releases a day earlier than the usual Thursday release date.

Next, Nintendo showed off more of Kid Icarus: Uprising, emphasizing its depth, controls and other features, followed by new footage of the slightly renamed Mario Tennis Open and a release date for North America: May 20th.

For Wii, Nintendo revealed the official package artwork for Xenoblade Chronicles, voted on by fans on Facebook, with Reggie pimping the Classic Controller Pro as the best way to enjoy it.  And the big reveal?  The Last Story is coming to North America this Summer, courtesy of RPG gurus XSEED Games.
