Ubisoft promises changes that should appease critics of the first installment.
The latest issue of UK-based Official Nintendo Magazine confirms that Ubisoft is currently working on Red Steel 2 for release sometime in 2008. While the preview doesn't really reveal a lot of details, it does confirm that the game will sport "better controls, better AI, better multiplayer and online play."
The original game was somewhat panned for it's awkward control scheme and other problems, but with other publishers now finding FPS success on the Nintendo Wii a sequel certainly holds a lot of promise. Here's hoping that it works out.
